Andrew Koeppen is a father of four and a business owner who believes character, accountability, and personal responsibility still matter because he has seen what happens when they don’t.
He and his wife live in Grant County, where they own and operate a local, family-owned printing and marketing business. In 2007, they purchased the business and built it through hard work, long hours, and keeping their word to the people they serve. Today, they work with businesses and organizations across Washington State, across the United States and internationally.
Over the years, that has meant more than just running a business. It has meant showing up, staying involved, and being part of the community.
Andrew’s path to Grant County was not a straight line. Born in Australia and raised in Canada, he began his career in telecommunications, working in highly technical environments where precision mattered. His early work included Northwestel in Yellowknife and NovAtel in Calgary, contributing to the development of early cellular systems.
That experience led him to Germany with Alcatel SEL, where he served as a North American telephony expert supporting large-scale cellular deployments for BellSouth. He later relocated to Bethesda, Maryland, helping integrate those systems in the United States.
Andrew continued his career with Harris Corporation before moving to Washington State in 2000 to work with AT&T on fixed wireless systems and nationwide billing system verification. These roles required accuracy, consistency, and accountability at scale. He also worked with Telecommunications Systems, helping deploy E911 systems for emerging VoIP providers and supporting critical public safety infrastructure.
He holds a U.S. patent and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and Notary Public, with hands-on experience in documentation, compliance, and public record processes.
In 2021, Andrew and his wife chose to make Moses Lake their home. Since moving to Grant County, he has served as Chair of the Grant County Republican Party and has been active in the community through volunteering, organizing events, and staying involved locally.
His experience as a business owner, systems professional, and real estate broker has shaped how he views government. It should be accountable, transparent, and operate within its means, just like any responsible household or business. That is why he is running for Grant County Auditor. Elections, public records, and county finances are not abstract. They affect people’s lives and need to be handled correctly.
Andrew is running as a Republican because the role requires steady leadership, competence, and integrity. Every lawful vote must be counted, and every taxpayer dollar must be carefully managed.
Every penny. Every vote. Counts.

Organized a community tribute to honor Charlie Kirk, bringing together over 300 people to reflect on his life, his courage, and his faith. It was a chance for the community to come together, remember his impact, and encourage others to carry that forward.

See how Andrew Koeppen will use his experience to make sure the job is done right.
